Gyan Bharti ( Run by The Nikhil Education & Environment Society,Ashta Reg.No:12276/03 Dist.-Sehore), a not for profit education initiative, works for the economic and social empowerment of rural children in the villages across eastern malwa region of Madhya Pradesh, India.

Through this effort, the foundation is committed in raising the level of education and literacy in rural India and helping disadvantaged children realize their full potential. Gyan Bharti has been an active supporter of promoting education among female children in the villages and our school has seen an increased enrollment of girl children.

Gyan Bharti is currently running since 2003 and this has had a great impact in the lives of villages in the surrounding locality.Our (Nursery to 8)th school started in the year 2003 and (9+10)th School started in the year 2010 and (11+12)th School started in the year 2017 at Siddikganj Dist:Sehore,Madhya Pradesh.

Our school presently cater to more than 400 students from nearby villages, with approximately 50% of students on free education through donations from our scholarship program. This has created the possibility for the rural children to pursue higher education or find gainful employment and thus build a strong foundation for the future of these children and alleviate themselves out of poverty.

Gyan Bharti functions on a grass-roots level, relying on community involvement and the support from number of persons.
